Joel S. Moskowitz, J.D. - The 16% Solution - Review

This book was amazing. I am so excited to get started in making money with this. There is much more that I have to learn before I can really make some money, but this book has me on the track to get there. Joel has described all of the necessary information to get started. He has even included many web sites that can be used to get started.

I think this is a must have book to get started in the Tax Lien opportunity.
